Client is leading global manufacturer of high performance metal cutting tools and due to expansion are now seeking to strengthen their presence within East Midlands – candidates should be ideally located within this area although for the right individual there would be flexibility if out of the required location.

THE ROLE
• To generate sustained growth and expand their current market share by maintaining and developing existing customer relationships and identifying new customers and opportunities.
• The area is very hot and requires very little cold calls.
Requirements:
• Ideal person would be already working in this sector but candidates as a Machinist or in a Production Environment with a desire to move into sales position would be considered.
• Experience in technical cutting tool skills
• Background in Sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Technically excellent with an extensive knowledge of metal cutting and machining processes
• Resourceful and problem solving skills
• Self-starter and determination to succeed
BENEFITS
Basic salary of up to £44,000 + bonuses/commission on current area turnover of around £6K. The commission is uncapped.
