CNC MACHINE TOOL APPLICATION MANAGER MIDLANDS/NORTH

THE COMPANY

An established Machine Tool business who are very well respected are now looking for a very talented individual to join their ever expanding team and come on board as ” Application Manager ” and report directly to the Board of Directors.

This a key role and very challenging.

THE ROLE/PERSON

• The ideal candidate must have sound engineering background within a Machine Tool environment and currently in an applications role and now looking for their next challenge and managerial position.
• Coupled with this experience, the candidate will require excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and have a high degree of self-motivation.
• You will need to be able to work independently and manage your  time effectively and to achieve project milestones and be comfortable managing a small team.
• There will be a requirement to travel to see the Turnkey Projects through to completion. ( NOT MANY NIGHTS AWAY FROM HOME ) which is very rare.
• Fanuc AND Heidenhain knowledge is essential
• Both Turning and Milling experience is required but one or the other will be considered.
• Candidates from the Midlands to the North West will be considered.
